    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Apple music active as a smart benefit and have no issues with the service, however I keep getting mms messages from EE every couple of weeks telling me to complete the set up process to use it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked on the apple music app and everything is fine,&amp;nbsp; it also shows as my smart benefit in the My EE app too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any idea as to why this is happening?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My handset is an s20 ultra 5g.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm good thanks,&amp;nbsp; hope you are too &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can't get through on live chat but will call in when I get the chance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The app is working but I have issues accessing music outside my iTunes collection (so the Apple music streaming library) which persists until I click the link in the mms message to complete registration each time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not really a fault, but it It seems like the subscription keeps resetting, prompting the mms to be resent to me at irregular intervals.&amp;nbsp; Doesn't line up with my billing dates either &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":thinking_face:"&gt;🤔&lt;/span&gt; Will see what CS say.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
