@Ken59 You get a 12 month warranty with the device when you purchase it. What iPhone model is it ?

Hi @Ken59.

Have you tried a soft reset on the phone?

To do this, you'll need to press and hold both the power button and the volume down button at the same time until the Apple Logo appears on the screen.

This will usually take around 10-15 seconds.
