Hi @Niomicool.

You can get a new SIM card if you need one when you upgrade.

We usually advise keeping your SIM unless you need a different size, yours is broken or lost, or you're changing to a 5G plan.

I really like the sound of this! Quick question, I got an iPhone 11 Pro on a 24 month Smart Plan at release last September. With a new iPhone release imminent, would I be able to upgrade and switch to this new Smart Plan? Thanks!

Hello @pelez.

Welcome to the EE Community.

You can Upgrade Anytime from day 15 of a new plan and up to 45 days before it ends. There may be an upgrade fee depending on where you are in your contract.

As long as your phone is in good working condition, you can swap your current phone and sign up to a new 24-month plan

Swap your current phone for the latest model online, in-store or by calling 150 from your EE phone.

Hi last week i upgraded my Samsung S10 5G to a iPhone 12 Pro and moved to the Full Works Tariff.

Upon the upgrade going through I had multiple text messages with activation links for Apple TV+/Apple Music and Apple Arcade ON MY SAMSUNG S10 5G. But I factory reset it and lost the text messages to activate the smart benefits on my new iPhone.

How can I access the activation links please? P.S I sent the S10 back to EE last week.

Could you try and add Apple TV+ and Apple Arcade as your smart benefits through your My EE account please?

You should get the text messages back through.

Good Morning, Thank you for your reply.

I have just logged into my EE account and clicked Addons and Benefits then Smart Benefits.

It shows the 3 Benefits I have and a message states "All 3 of your available Smart Benefits are currently active."

I cannot deselect them and there are no other Benefits I can swap with them.

I am on a iPhone smart plan but i do not seem to get apple music, i have got apple tv and apple arcade. I am a little confused as to why i do not have apple music on my plan, and i do have the top plan

I logged into MYEE and added it that way, i just hope i do not get charged for it, as all my other services on Apple just came up on my Iphone

So, I'm on another operator, but I also use most Apple services and an Apple Watch so it is interesting to think about transfer, but I want to keep my own number and have already transferred operators once. Does this make a difference?
