IPHONE SE 2020 Insta and Snapchat not working

Hi! I for got the pass code to my iPhone SE 2020 so did a Restore and then a Backup. Instagram and Snapchat are now not working - states there is no Internet connection. Here is what I tried so far ..

Deleted and reinstalled both apps

Powered WiFi router on and off

Network Reset

Did Forget Device and then reconnected.

WiFi is working fine, I can access browser / sites.

Checked Usage Controls are set to Full Access

Any advice as not sure what else to check?

If you go into your iPhone Settings and select Mobile Data, if you scroll down to the apps, are they set to use data?

@Wesley8 Do they work over cellular data ? At the moment it could be your WiFi that’s the issue. Any app that’s not working over WiFi isn’t an EE network issue it’s your WiFi.
