Hi, I’ve just received the iPhone 12 Mini and the “case it Minute One” clear case & glass screen protector, unfortunately I’ve been having difficulty attaching the screen protector as I was unable to line up and remove the bubbles. Now the underside is messy, and I can’t clean it as it seems to be gooey. Can someone tell me how to clean it up, so I can reattach it to the iPhone screen please ?

Hi @Raffaello2017

You can normally only attach them once. Ideally you need dust free environment and patience.

FYI I have never used a screen protector.

Thanks

Hi @Raffaello2017

If you remove them the sticky part is contaminated. If you try cleaning the screen with screen wipes it might help, but if there is dust, bubbles then it's unlikely you will get rid of them again.

Thanks

Now the underside of the protector is dirty and messy, and it’s not possible to clean as the side that attaches to the iPhone screen seems sticky.

Thanks for coming to the community.

Did you purchase the screen protector from the EE Accessories site?

If so, there is a contact form you can use to see if they can help 🙂

Sorry, if the adhesive side of the protector has picked up dirt/dust, it won't be possible to clean it without removing the adhesive that is required to attach it to your phone.
