Hi,

Having issues with my iWatch and getting it paired to my mobile data. I bought it April last year and had it all set up and sorted, then one day in October last year I went to golf and put my watch in my golf bag, it somehow managed to do a full hard reset in there and I lost the pairing to my mobile data. I've left it like that till now, but when I go to pair mobile data now it says 'Your smart watch has had a problem downloading the eSim, click 'Done' below to try the download again. It can take up to 4 hours. Your phone notify you when the activation is complete.'

I've been on with tech support on 150 who tried his hardest to solve but couldn't see the error message on the EE system, thinks it could be a apple hardware problem so told me to ring them, which I will do but thought i'd just check on here see if someone has a similar problem and found the solution?

Where did you purchase the Apple Watch?

Are you trying to pair when connected to WiFi or bluetooth?
