So I have premium benefits that I’m clearly paying extra for but they will not connect I have managed to get Apple Music I believe to work and arcade to work but I can’t get Apple TV to work I mean I’m still paying for it even though I have Apple TV+ add on on my 100 pound a month contract ?

Do you currently have a subscription for Apple TV+ with Apple?

If you log into your My EE app, and select add-ons do you have Apple TV+ showing as a Smart Benefit?
