      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Father in Law has recently passed away and has left me his iPhone 12, however, this is locked to EE and under 6 months old. &lt;P&gt;Yes, EE won't unlock devices under 6 months old while they still legally own it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The buyer did not own the device yet. They had not paid much of its price. EE deems it 6 months before they hand over legal ownership.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
