Siri not available, your phone is not connected to the internet

No Siri and it says phone not connected to the internet although it is. I have internet and WiFi. Tried switching off and on, resetting network settings but still no Siri.

Any advice?

Hi @Justkev

It may be worth backing up your iPhone and restoring it to factory settings.

Let us know if the problem persists after that.

@Justkev Can you access Google ? If you do a Google search does it find what your looking for ? Via cellular and WiFi ?

Yea I have internet. Just no site, when I press for Siri it says your phone is not connected to the internet.

Have you tried backing up your iPhone and restoring it to factory settings?

@Justkev What do you mean by just no site ? If you cannot do a Google search then you’re not connected to the Internet and this would explain why Siri doesn’t work.
