&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If so, and it's within the first 12 months, it will still be within warranty with Apple.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Contacting Apple Support would be the best way to get this resolved.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded in October last year but I am having issues with overheating on my phone, is it still under warranty...can I do anything to get it fixed/swapped?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
