I’m on pay monthly with EE! I’ve tried unpairing and resetting and coming up against the same problem. Thanks

I’m experiencing difficulty to allow my new apple watch to access mobile data. A message come up reporting that I don’t appear to be the account holder of my EE account (which i am), and to contact 150 and report 006. Any advice please? Diolch.

Are you on pay as you go, or pay monthly, or sim only?

The reason I ask is, if you are on pay as you go or 30 day sim only, you are not able to set up mobile data on the Apple Watch.

When I was having trouble getting mobile data set up on my Apple Watch a while back, I was given the below number.

From memory it gets you through to the Apple Watch team. I'm sure my mobile data was up and running after the first contact I made with them.
