    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like they ordered you a new sim card rather then an esim pack.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your current sim wouldn't stop working until you have activated the esim pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have ordered a new E sim by calling the helpline. After a few hours my original sim network stopped working even though I haven’t received my new e sim yet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is it normal?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1649070"&gt;@Ahsan2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; The eSim is built in to the phone, &amp;nbsp;are you sure you’ve not ordered a replacement SIM card ? &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; If you had requested a QR pack you would of received a QR code that you scan with your camera to move your physical Sim card information onto the eSIM that’s built into the device. &amp;nbsp; Sounds like you requested a replacement SIM card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
