I am about to upgrade from a 11 Max to 12 Max, I have 2 numbers on dual sims, will they automatically transfer to the 12 Max or do I need to have them transferred by EE, Just to clarify does the e-sim transfer?

Is the number you are upgrading on the physical SIM or eSIM?

Is your other number on a SIM only plan?

I have two numbers one on e-sim and the other on a physical sim, I want both to be moved to my new phone. Do they transfer both to the new phone automatically?

Which number are you upgrading? The number on the eSIM or the physical SIM?
