Battery fault iphone 11 pro

Phone is less than a year old and has a battery warning! Can anyone help with how to fix this please? We live no where near an apple store

As your phone is under one year old you will still be under manufacturer warranty.

Do you have insurance with EE?

If you wish to go through your warranty please contact Apple support.
