when my phone contract runs out i want to switch to three to get the phone i want, but i have an apple watch as an add on with ee. so would i be able to switch and pay for the watch by itself through ee and my phone through three and if so would i still be able to use my apple watch.

No the watch won't work then as it needs to be linked to your EE phone account.

They don't allow cross network utilisation.

So you'll be paying for cellular for the watch but won't actually benefit from it.

is there no way it would work at all, even if i factory reset the watch?

No.

As I have stated you can't have a phone on one network and a watch on another network.

It links to your account so how can you link an EE watch to a Three phone contract account? It isn't possible
