My voicemail won't connect

My voicemail has stopped connecting over the past week, for no obvious reason. I get constant messages on my phone and watch saying I have a voicemail but when I try to phone voicemail I am getting a message saying Call Failed : 'Error performing request. Unknown Error'

Any suggestions?

@Greekofile Try texting VM OFF to 150 then turn the device off/on then text VM ON to 150 and test it.

Thanks, I tried that but it hasn't made any difference.

Are you using Visual Voicemail on your iphone? Test IPHONE VISUAL to 150

Does the same error occur whether you are using speed-dial 1 and/or manually dialling 222?

Interesting! I had been just following the links but when I dialled 222 it worked. It will be interesting to see if this solves the problem. It does seem to have stopped the continual messages.
