topic eSIM on new iPhone in Archived Posts

I had an EE eSIM on my old phone, which I no longer have. I then ordered a new eSIM for my new phone, but when I scanned it to set it up, the phone number came in as 0000000000, and there is no connection nor service on it. So I am wondering how I can activate the eSIM on my new phone, without using the old one (that I no longer have).

I had same problem. Instructions are not clear.
you will need to order another eSim then phone EE to activate it for you first. There Tech talked me through whole process really good.
