      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a phone last week from EE (iPhone 11).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whenever I record a video or a voice note, there’s static in the audio. It’s quite feint on video but very clear on voice recordings and yet, the phone hasn’t come in contact with water... How has this happened?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
