&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Is your phone insured?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If not, there would be a fee required to upgrade for a new device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If your not looking to upgrade, you can request a replacement SIM so you can continue to use your services in on another phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I would also recommend reporting this to our customer service team who can block your lost phone and suspend your SIM that is in the device.&lt;/P&gt;
