Ordering IPhone 12 pro

So recently I ordered a IPhone 12 Pro in the 11th of January as my contract was coming to an end. Therefore, I decided to upgrade my phone keep the old one with a cheaper SIM card deal in EE and give the new one (with higher GB per month) for my daughter so that we can share those GB per month. When ordering the guy said that would be the best option so I went along with it, however I was never told that delivery would take so long. I’ve been waiting and I have not yet been updated about the delivery of the phone, which is really frustrating as now I’m reaching the end of GB allowance on my new SIM card which means that I will need to wait until the new phone comes back for me to be able to use mobile data outside my house.

I would really appreciate if I could get an estimate of when my phone is arriving.

I ordered one on 16/1 and was told at the time its a 14 day wait for dispatch.

But do you have a rough estimate of when it will be back on stock because I am struggling with my GB per month as it has already ran out?

Sorry, we aren't able to give an estimated delivery date for that particular model. The delivery guidance when you placed your order was 'Order now. We will deliver to you as soon as we receive stock from our supplier'

If you'd prefer to switch to a model that is available for immediate dispatch, please get in touch on 150.
