    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1488667"&gt;@llemmacseel&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If you have insurance you need to make a claim or you cold try contacting Apple but you will be without a device if you go this route as Apple will want to look at the device first. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Both of these routes will result in a refurbished device being sent to you but if no refurbished device is available it will be a brand new one. &amp;nbsp;( don’t hold out for it though). &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;A insurance claim will result in you swapping the device with a currier so you’ll to go without a device. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Received phone 30 days ago&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One volume side button is permanently stuck down and all other side buttons are non-responsive&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brand new phone? Warranty?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Refurbished replacement though it’s only 30 days old? I have insurance&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don’t want to be phone-less for more than a day&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
