i am looking to trade in my i phone . When I enter the Serial Number and the IMEI number it tells me to enter between 3 15

I don’t understand

can any help

Hello,

I am also having this issue and have tried to enter the serial number and IMEI separately and it does not work. I am finding these numbers in the about section in settings on my iphone.
