I ordered the Pacific Blue, 128gb. I ordered yesterday. Obviously not expecting it today but just wondered when it may be delivered. My current phone is on its last legs so the sooner the better really. 🤷🏻‍♀️🙂👍

Oh ok, I was told 7 on the online chat and 7 on the phone this morning.

I was just hoping that I’d be able to get a clearer answer today.

Is that 14 days because EE have none in stock yet?

I received an email confirmation last night, with a link to tracking - nothing on it yet.

So are you telling me that the information you’ve told me is correct the information on the EE website, the info the customer service team provided this morning AND the info the online chat operator gave me are all wrong?!

After the disappointing and disastrous service I’d received from EE, I went with O2. Ordered the iPhone 12 Pro Max on the Friday afternoon and it arrive before noon the next day.

sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I ordered one on the 27/11/20 and I’m still waiting. There are people who’ve ordered them before me who are still waiting, none of us have a date for delivery yet. Can I ask when they told you it would be delivered?

Sorry James B but that’s not quite true, when I ordered mine I was told it would be delivered in 24/48hrs. It was only after numerous calls I was told within 28 days. Well that was a lie also as I’m now on day 35 and still no sign of it being delivered!

I haven’t been told anything so far. I just ordered directly from the website.

I almost bought one a couple of weeks ago over the phone and they said it would be two weeks.

Never entered my mind that there would be such a significant delay until I started searching for the lead time.
