Hi, I ordered a phone today. I have received my email saying my order is being processed but haven’t got a delivery date. Can someone please help? Thank you

The order is being processed so no delivery date is set yet.

You'll get a text from DPD the evening before it's due to be delivered

@Michelle1964 , which one did you order, as there is a backlog on orders, and it will be first come first serve? What I mean, there are others waiting to receive them, as Apple are having delays with getting phones out due to the pandemic and having difficulty receiving the parts they need, this you can see on Apple, they are also having delays, from what I have read here. 9o
