Hi,

On December 16th, I ordered an iPhone 12 pro, 256GB, Pacific blue.

Does anyone have a rough idea/ETA when I might get my phone?

Has anyone else had to wait a really long time for their iPhone 12 pro?

I've paid and early upgrade fee of £500 I hope it comes soon.

I completed my upgrade for an iPhone 12 Pro on November 25th.

I did the order by phone and they were upfront with me from the get go, saying it would likely be a few weeks until the phone was dispatched.

My EE order tracker said “Awaiting Confirmation” on the dispatch date for around 3 weeks until last week when it updated to say delivery expected between Jan 4 - Jan 9.

However, I today received an email and tracking notification from DPD to say they will be delivering my phone upgrade tomorrow on Christmas Eve, which I’m really pleased about as l have it done in time for Christmas.

For me, from time of order to dispatch it was 28 days exactly. Which coincidentally is the expected dispatch time that was listed on the EE website. I’ve seen others who have posted with similar order dates from that same week in November, also with confirmation their orders have been dispatched.

Thanks. So if its 28 days I'm looking at January 13th.

Checked apple website and they are saying 5th - 7th January. Hopefully EE can send mine in that time frame.

Ordered mine on 6th Dec and was quoted 14 days but still waiting. I get an email every Monday saying my order is on track but nothing has moved on yet.

There is a global shortage on iPhone 12, if you search Google there are numerous news articles about it.

I got a text saying 4th - 9th January but I have a little faith. It seems everyone is having an issue getting an iPhone 12/12 pro.

I thought the reason behind not including a plug with the phone was so that more units can be shipped.

Hope you get yours soon. Would have been a nice touch to end 2020 with an iPhone but atleast we can start 2021 on a good note, hopefully, if it comes with the first 2 weeks.

I'm starting to regret paying the early upgrade. Feel like a proper numpty considering in 9 months the iPhone 13 will be out. Perhaps I should have waited.

Mine was delivered this morning by DPD.

Those looking in - I upgraded to iPhone 12 Pro 128GB pacific blue on 6th Dec, it arrived today.

Almost the same situation here

I'm waiting for a 12pro graphite 128 since 23rd dec

only difference I upgrade by the trade in scheme

now I have no phone 😄
