Anyone else's order tracker gone from expected delivery date of the 4th-9th of January back to awaiting confirmation? 🤔

Yea mines done this as well,

supposed to trade in my phone as well, they’ve sent the returns pack and if it’s not there by the 9th they’ll charge me £495, but I’ve not got my phone yet!

Your trade in won't be expected until you receive your new phone.

Yes mine has changed from expected this week back to awaiting confirmation.
