I wasn't going to use it myself but then realised it was a useful tool and as it came with the contract then why not?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go ahead with it, they might be able to tell you what's wrong with the device?       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1459324"&gt;@AndziaAbi2017&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; How long have you had the device for ? &amp;nbsp;If it’s under 12 months Apple provide the warranty on the device so will look at it and if it’s faulty will exchange the device. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;you can use&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.apple.com/en-gb/iphone/repair/service" target="_self"&gt;THIS. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Apple will request that you first try factory restarting the device first. &amp;nbsp; Make sure you do a backup of your device first though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
