    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I received the above message with regards to my new iPhone 12 pro max. This is the second time this has happened and I am now going to go to another provider. EE staff in store could not understand what had occurred the first time. I have now been waiting a month and will have to start the process again but it will be with another company. Has anybody had the same experience?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They phoned helpline and then said they couldn’t find out why. This is why I will now go elsewhere. Poor service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you're able to get back in touch with our Customer Care team, they will be able to find out why this has been cancelled and help you to upgrade again.&lt;/P&gt;
