if I’ve got a brand new Apple Watch sealed that isn’t paired to my phone and been paying for months, can it just sold as it is as not paired in anyway?

@ditchio1 You can sell it. But this will not terminate the contract for it. To do that you’ll need to call customer services and pay it off.

Is it ok if I continue to pay the monthly fee and sell it though for the full term?

Hi @ditchio1.

You can keep paying the monthly fee until the contract is finished rather than terminate it if you wish.

How does that work then?

You continue to pay the monthly charge or pay it off? You sell the watch but what happens to the number for the watch and the monthly tariff inclusions like unlimited data?

Hi @ditchio1.

If you're currently in a contract for an Apple Watch, you will need to continue paying the contract or pay the contract off.

Selling the watch is your choice.

The number would be cancelled if you cancel the contract.
