&lt;P&gt;It sounds like this is an upgrade phone, and you're an existing EE user.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If so, are you using the replacement SIM that came with the new phone, or your existing SIM from your old phone?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;EE often supply replacement SIMs with upgrade phones incase, for whatever reason, your existing SIM doesn't fit or work. If your existing SIM does fit and works, there's your solution &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve just received my new IPhone 12 Max, for some reason it’s not connecting to EE so cannot make/receive calls and texts, WiFi is working ok - any ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
