The delivery guidance when you placed the order was 'expect dispatch within 28 days'

Once your iPhone has been dispatched you will receive a text or email from DPD with tracking details for the delivery.

As @Leanne_T mentioned, when you placed the order the delivery guidance was to expect dispatch within 28 days.

If this goes beyond 28 days, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team so they can check your account.
