Ordered iphone12 pro 28 November been told its stuck in Dover not happy at all need that phone right now as it is a gift for someone ,may now have to quit ee and shop elsewhere

No I’ve tried tracking and it just says your stock order is confirmed

What guidance for delivery were you given when you placed the order for you iPhone? Has the estimated delivery time passed?

Was originally supposed to take 24 hrs now I’m being told 28 days which would it take it to Saturday 26
