Is there a delay on iPhone 12 pro?

When upgrading it said in stock, when speaking to customer service was also told in stock, now I’m checking and it’s just stuck at “pre order accepted” does anyone have any insight?

Yes, and i think a big one..

I place my order on the 18/10/2020, it got processed on the 19th.

No sight of my phone and i dont think it will be coming anytime soon... 256gb in blue.

Was advised 2 weeks when ordered, now im being told a month.

What one did you order?

I ordered the 128gb 12 pro pacific blue on the 28th October, however I’ve not herd anything yet and my pre-order is confirmed according to the tracking page.

i was told 21 days when I ordered.

I ordered the graphite 128gb was told in stock next day delivery, then it changed to pre order confirmation, I spoke to someone today in Customer Services and they’ve confirmed that there is a substantial back order and waiting list so I’ll just ride it out.

I ordered a 12 pro on 21/10/20 and no sign of my phone I got told two weeks. Rang yesterday and now saying 28 days! I’m so impatient I just want my phone if I new it would be this delayed I would have waited for the 12 pro max

Hi, the storage size was 128gb and the colour was Graphite.

The delivery guidance when you placed your order was dispatch within 14 days, so I wouldn't expect you to be waiting much longer.

We'll send you a text with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

I placed my order which said 'in stock' of a 256GB iPhone 12 Pro in pacific blue on Monday 2nd November - and it still says on the tracking awaiting delivery date. If it is in stock what is the delay? When can I expect to receive my order?

The delivery guidance for that model when you placed your order was dispatch within 21 days. Where did you place your order?

I placed my order (an upgrade) on the EE website and nowhere did it say dispatch within 21 days. The tracking information on the app says dispatch expected in 24 hours, it has said this since I placed the order on Monday! Very very misleading.

The expected dispatch time shows on the page where you select your colour and storage preference before adding it to your basket.

Yes, I logged into my EE and followed the process for upgrading. It simply said 'in stock' at the time of my purchase. I didn't see any dispatch time. Is that 21 days or 21 working days?

How it’s possible that someone ordered 21/10/2020 and they got the text about the time slot. I ordered 20/10/2020 the same model with the same storage and I still waiting for it. First come first serve no ?
