iPhone 12 pro dispatch

Hi I ordered the iPhone 12 pro on the 15th November.
it gave me a 14day dispatch estimate.... however the status of my phones dispatch is still at “awaiting confirmation”

it will be 14 days on Sunday.
how long am I going to be waiting for my phone?

can anyone help me!

I am in the same boat...

got blagged that the phones are coming from China so have to go through a 14 day quarantine period?!

Me too. Ordered on the 10th but was told 3 weeks so waiting until 1st December.

I ordered mine on the 10th and I have just received the DPD notification to say it will be delivered tomorrow. The ee tracker says it’s still awaiting conformation. I would if I was you download the DPD app and check that instead.

Which one did you go for? I ordered the iphone 12 pro pacific blue 128gb..

I downloaded the dpd app but cant see anything about my order on there

Hi, yeah mines the same, checked dpd and nothing.... 2 weeks is up on Monday and considering cancelling it

Exactly the same model 128 pro in blue like I said I ordered mine on the 10th hope this helps as a guid

All the updates just say my order is ‘on track’ but clearly, it isn’t!
im not too bothered about having to wait, it’s the fact that no one is being honest with the actual wait time to get the phones?
no point in lying saying it’ll be dislocated writhing 14 days if it’s not going to be?

@Stan39 well thats somewhat hopeful. How did you link it to your dpd app? Did you just download it and wait for a a notification to say it was out for delivery or did you put in an order number?

@ElLusto just put your email address in when you sign up and mobile number and DPD will use this to link all together.

saying that ‘good news, your order is coming soon’

but still no update on the actual dispatch!?

Well I ordered my 12 pro on the 4th November and was quoted within 21 days when I ordered. I'm going into day 24 and still no delivery. The best I've got out of EE is ring again at the end of next week of you still haven't received your phone and we will have another look. Right now they cannot give me any solid information.

I ordered the iPhone 12 pro 128gb in graphite.
Just not getting any updates apart from “your order is on track” that was the 24th but not changed since, I’ve been checking the dpd app but don’t have a tracking number only an order number.

I ordered mine on 10th Nov. It still says awaiting confirmation on the tracker, the only update on there says your order is on track. I have phoned EE today and they have said that the iphone 12 pro is out of stock and cannot give an estimated date of shipment.

Morning all!

I also managed to speak to EE this morning.

the advisor was very helpful, informed me that they still haven’t had the stock from Apple so basically can’t give an specific time frames.

I placed my order on 13/11 @ 11:30am.
The current time frame on the iPhone 12 Pro Blue...

Expect dispatch with in 28 days.

So that’s all that EE can advise on.

I am doing the phone trade in, so the day I finally get the new phone is when the 14 days starts to send my old phone in.

Also, that’s when I will start to be billed for me NEW phone plan.

I hope this is useful for some of you guys in the same boat as me! 🙂

Hi all,

ive been waiting since the 24th Oct, so I’d say you may have a little longer to wait assuming they are dispatching on a first come first served basis. Mine is a 12 pro gold 128gb

seems to be some people ordering different colours are not waiting as long.
