Delivery within 28 days

Placed my order for iPhone 12 pro 128gb Blue on 24/11/20 with dispatch within 28 days, that would be 22/12/20.

Order updated today 19/12/20 with delivery expected between 4/1/21 and 9/1/21. I'm no maths genius, but that's 41 to 46 days.

But at least it's a date! Change website to will deliver when stock arrives same as the gold and silver iPhones.

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro Pacific Blue 128GB on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible. We are sorry for the delay.

But why are EE as a company saying 28 days when yous can’t fulfil the order as I have waited well over the 28 day period and still haven’t received my device, yous shouldn’t be advertising stock that yous don’t have

That’s kinda the point I’m trying to make, don’t say expect despatch within 28 days, just say, Order now. We’ll deliver to you as soon as we receive stock from our Supplier.
