Store closure

Hi,

I recently upgraded 2 phones, Iphone 12 and Iphone 11 that needed to be picked up from the store once they arrived. However, this was from the Wycombe store which has closed now, will the phones be sent directly to us? Or do we have to wait for the stores to reopen in order to collect them? Thanks

If the phones are ready for delivery before the store reopens they will be sent to the address registered on your EE account.

Is there anyone of knowing when the phones will be ready?
