Hi EE

I made an order 2 weeks ago for a iPhone 12 Pro max, the gent who sold me the phone said it would be with me on the 18th. This was perfect as its my birthday. The phone from what I can see isn't even on the country. I just wondering have you got a date on when this phone will land?

@Antmills That’s going to depend upon on how many others are in the queue before you who are still waiting on the same model type that you ordered. Apple have a parts issue because of the current situation so waiting times for these devices is longer than usual.

I’ve been waiting since the 6th of November for mine... still not here... o2 have them in stock for next day delivery I’m cancelling my order tonight with EE and going elsewhere
