The first and second time I phoned they said they will be sent by Apple them self’s as it was classed as a gift purchase. So I thought ok fair enough.</P><P>Nearly 4 weeks down the line and the 3rd phone call, they said I may have took out the wrong deal. What a load of crap!<BR />I’m probably not only one whose been a victim of this dirty trick they are trying to pull on customers.<BR />Anyway today they said they are trying to resolve this issue and I will receive a phone call within 3 days to see if I am eligible to receive my AirPods or not. Well of course I’m eligible because it was part of the deal in November!
