hi i ordered a iphone 12 pro max graphite 128gb yesterday on the phone it says phone will be delivered today but tracking doesent work and i havent had a text from dpd either can someone help find out about my delivery thanx also the upfront money was taken from my account the same time as my order was done over the phone im hearing alot of bad things about advisors lying about stock ? hope this isnt true

The current delivery guidance for that model is dispatch within 14 days.

strange its 14 days when the advisor on the phone said its in stock and i will get it today then got the email saying it will coe today i mean if i was told that long fine but to lie about it is so enoying

yeh thanks for replys i just spoke to cs and changed to iphone 12 pro max 256gb silver which is in stock and will come tomorrow or friday so lets see if it happens ill let u guys no if i get the delivery text thanks again

I sincerely hope you get it @jane12345 . It would seem odd that I ordered exactly the same at the end of November and am still waiting. I hope you haven't been told porkies again.

I have no problem with waiting, as don't most people, as long as we're honestly told what the situation is. It's this mis-management of expectations I object to.

yeh no tex with delivery date yet if it doesent come tonite with the delivery date then it wont come tomorrow either so fingers crossed but at least that model is still showing in stock but the more the hours pass i will be losing hope of getting it tomorrow

yeh its crazy if they told us we would have to wait 30 days or so that would be fine its the not knowing thats the disapointing bit plus im dying on getting my hands on it also lets hope we get it soon

update well there is great news for me live chat is now working he told me my phone will be delivered today he gave me the tracking number for dpd heres what it said when i put the number in

We have your parcel, and it's on its way to our Edinburgh depot

Your parcel is due for delivery Today.
