I upgraded to the iPhone 12 pro 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard anything ? Does anyone know how long I’m going to have to wait? I have a confirmation email but nothing else

Hi, I upgraded mine on the 17th of November and still havent recieved mine.... Apparently between 16th and 21st but I'm not holding much hope. I'd expect your going to wait at the very least another 2 weeks

I’m waiting 6 weeks (I ordered on the 30th October) and still waiting. Cancelled and reordered the max as was guaranteed it was going to be here yesterday and still waiting.

I’ve just received mine today exactly 5 weeks after ordering. Had nothing throughout from EE other than the confirmation email. Then received a notification from DPD yesterday saying it would be delivered today. Hopefully you won’t be waiting much longer. Mine is the 12 pro 128 in gold.

I ordered exactly the same as you. Had a delivery window for the 9th-14th. And on the 9th went back to awaiting confirmation

I ordered mine 13th November and it said dispatch between 9-14 dec, then went back to awaiting confirmation. Just checked today and it says expected dispatches within 24hours so hopefully I get mine soon 🤞🏼

Hi All,

You can check the current stock level for the iPhone you ordered by selecting the variant, size and colour.

If you have your order confirmation email, you can use your tracking details on the online order tracker.

Once your orders are ready to dispatch, you will receive a text from DPD with the delivery details.

Have you received your phone now as I ordered mine on the 20th November so only a few days after yours. Would appreciate a reply as I am waiting anxiously for my phone and wonder whether I will get it this side of Christmas

Thanks for getting back to me god this is frustrating I have never had this issue with phones on upgrade before obviously this is apples best selling phone hope you get yours soon mate

It has been a very frustrating time mate, seems to of affected a lot and seems to be a lot of annoyed people, hopefully yours comes soon bud, maybe around same time as mine

Nope haven’t received it yet. Think I’ve made the mistake of cancelling and ordering the max but was guaranteed a Friday delivery and still waiting. I’m wondering if it’s EE or DPD

I haven’t received mine yet, I ordered it on the 13th nov. The tracker says expected dispatch within 24hours but it’s been like that for a couple days now. Hope I get it before Christmas!

That’s more than I’ve ever got. Had a delivery window and went straight back to awaiting. Fingers crossed you get yours soon! All together I’ve been waiting since 30th October for a new phone. Paid early upgrade and should of just waited as can upgrade on the 29th

sounds like we all in the same boat. At the end of the day yeah it’s just a phone and it won’t spoil Christmas if I don’t get it before but come on ee! Don’t be taking orders for something that you can’t provide the dispatch time still says up to 28days which is clearly not accurate. Hope you all get your phone soon guys.

Just frustrating you get told 7-21 days and waiting 7 weeks 🤣🤣 id rather just know a date doesn’t matter how long it is. And especially when I get told by EE they don’t know what’s happening especially as the phone I’ve ordered is in stock

Well someone of them don’t say anything. It just shows that you can order now and that’ll be dispatched when available. I’ve been with EE for years and always been really happy but this is definitely disappointing. If it wasn’t for the fact that I have several lines and contracts with you guys then I wouldn’t think twice about leaving.

I’ve just received the DPD dispatch message so I should receive my phone tomorrow! Hopefully you all get yours soon! I waited nearly 5 weeks for mine.
