iPad Air delivery

Hi everyone,

Yesterday I placed a order for the new iPad Air 2020 which is not in stock at the moment but the website shows that it’s in stock.. anyway I am wondering in how long you guys are going to receive the stock and also when you are going to deliver ? One - two weeks?

Did you get an email to say it was out of stock? If so, did the email not say what the next steps are with your order?

I've checked our stock tables and the current stock guidance is that 'we'll deliver to you as soon as we get stock from the manufacturer'.

Orders are processed on a first come, first served basis and DPD will be in touch when it's ready to deliver.
