Have you checked you junk/spam folder for EE email?

If you haven't received any tracking number then give EE CS a call on 150.

Yes! Also called EE FOUR TIMES IN THE LAST WEEK, raised a complaint! Text says I should receive it soon, no ETA available, doesn’t look like I will get it before Christmas NOW WITH ONLY 9 days to go ! So not happy with EE!
