Hi all if you waiting for you apple phone to be delivered just to let you know i orderd mine before the 22 of November and still not in stock

i moving on to my second month of roll over since my contract has expired. On the 18th of december i been told i have to wait 30 days for cancellation

that 3 months since i am

over my contract and false promise. Just dont wait for the phone its not worth it

Hi i pre ordered my iphone 12 128gb on the 22 november. I still have no eta

last contract expired on the 18th of november but it seems like ee is keeping me on my old contract till my new phone arrives.

I’m also waiting for mine. Think it’s terrible. I’ve asked for more information or anything at all, but they have nothing to say 😱. “We’re waiting on stock”.. we’ll, kind of feel like they have to do better than that

I agree with you its bad service. I have already spoken to vodaphone. Its not about money know. Its services and itend ti move to them

You should be on a rolling contract that can be cancelled anytime! Go through and speak to retentions and say that you want something done! As you are waiting on them to send out the new phones!

Phone through and make a complaint, ask them to escalate it as the more people who do this the more action they will need to take! Don’t forget to Tweet them saying they are selling something they don’t have!
