This delivery situation is ridiculous! I get an update saying delivery between the 9th and the 14th December then on the 9th it reverts back to awaiting confirmation!!!!

So frustrating and over 7 years with a network you’d think there’d be a little more information especially as been waiting for over 4 weeks now!😤

Mine did that and now I have a dpd tracking for delivery tomorrow so hope it's a good sign for you

Same thing happened to me but I still havent received a dpd code yet, my new plan has started as well but haven't even got the phone 😕

It’s completely insane! Luckily I have a phone already but as the other guy said hopefully it’s going to change inside this week starting today 🤞🏻

I've had to get my old one fixed in the mean time, it also says it was dispatched on the 22nd of October... Didn't even ordered til the 11th of November 🤣

It’s really annoying as not one EE representative has addressed this with me and I’ve even sent one private message to one of the online ppl here still no response.... think they Kay loose number 1 network in the UK by next year at this rate 🤷🏻‍♂️

Due to limited stock availability, we are fulfilling all orders for the iPhone 12 Pro Gold 128GB on a first come first serve basis and are working with Apple to get this to you as soon as possible.

Orders are dispatched on a first come first served basis and DPD will be in touch with you when it's ready to deliver.

hello i still haven't received email confirmation of my order. spoke to someone yesterday who said my order will be with me today but ive had no text by dpd or anything, tracking still says awaiting confirmation

i hade no comformation email or tracking number or text from dpd but luckily live chat is now working he gave me mt tracking number and heres what it said

We have your parcel, and it's on its way to our Edinburgh depot

Your parcel is due for delivery Today. so hope you get yours aswell

ive just spoke to them via live chat. order not due today so unsure why they said it was last night. also due to security cant send me any email confirmation. gave me a order number but that just says cant track this item

strange i spoke to them not long ago he gave the tracking number i put in dpd website and its heading to me today i did hear that if its an upgrade they were taking longer to do mines is an additional line not sure if thats the difference
