Hi, the ee contract on my iPhone 7 has ended but I’m on sim only now I think (£20 per month) this phone was for my son who now has just ordered the new iPhone 12 max from ee but on a separate pay monthly contract on his bank account etc. How do I transfer his phone number to his new phone?

Hi @Fatboy007

You need to PAC out his EE number and move it to another carrier, then PAC out from that carrier to your son new EE number.

To start the process text PAC to 65075

if u phone customer service or pop in to any ee shop they will swap the number u want to use in iphone max im sure it takes a few days though
