This started happening in October. Not sure if related, but now 4GEE signal frequently degrades to one bar. 😕

Hi @ENR2563

Just on the specifics of your coverage issues, are you having any problems making or receiving calls?

You can check for network issues anytime using the status checker

I believe the "weak security" warning is a feature of a recent iOS14 update, but others are more familiar with that to advise in more detail.

Hi @bristolian

I see this message most when connecting to my 4GEE mobile router. Tend not to make WiFi calls, but so far WhatsApp, Messenger, Facetime seem to be responding as earlier.

5G has also been rolled out (patchily) a few weeks ago in this area, I don't have any 5G devices, and now my iPhone, iPad, 4GEE router only show 2bars 4G signal at best...?

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the password found under the battery cover. Then on the WiFi Settings tab you should be able to change the WiFi to:

Security = WPA2 PSK

Cipher Type = AES

if it's not already, as it should be.
