I have iPhone 7 Plus and cannot see how I can block a number that is sending me annoying unsolicited explicit sexual texts. Surely EE can help?

No, but you should be able to block the no. yourself.

Hi @modus1948.

To block a number that has sent you a text, you need to tap the contact icon at the top of the message, press info, then press info again, then tap block this caller.
