Hi could I get some help I orderd the iPhone 12 pro max silver 128 gb last week over the telephone recived a txt for a link to track order only thing is sayin Is order is confirmed back order I was told 7 Days for despatch but hasn’t updated but or changed just saying the same

@SHaun1504 Once a device can be allocated to you this’ll update, EE has to fulfil all orders that are before you. it’ll be a case of waiting until a device can be allocated to you.

I ve got the same issue. I called and got told it could be another 7 days before dispatch.

I spoke with the social media team they said somebody will contact me within 48hours to update
