&lt;P&gt;Have you tried tracking your order using the &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/orders-and-delivery/order-status/how-do-i-track-my-order" target="_blank"&gt;online order tracker&lt;/A&gt;?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;All you will need is the order number which is on your confirmation email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;In regards to DPD notifications, these are generally sent via text/email.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I done an early upgrade yesterday morning due t my phone breaking. I had the confirmation email come through but no tracking. I was wondering how I can get these details as obviously with a broken phone I can't talk to anyone and if any texts come through for updates on the order I am not going to receive them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;yes i upgraded via my ee online. I tried using the tracker but it says we&lt;BR /&gt;cant show your order details.</description>

&lt;P&gt;I would recommend using our online chat team who can access your account and provide a full tracking update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If your phone has been despatched you can also be provided with your DPD tracking number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
