I ordered the new iphone 12 pro max 256gb on Saturday, should i have received confirmation email afterwards? As i did not get one

Hi @Dillo ,

Unfortunately i've learned over the years the the EE order system is a law unto itself and there's no rhyme or reason for half of the things it does (or doesn't do!).

I'd give CS a call on 150 tomorrow to confirm the order has been placed and accepted, will be a quicker response and ultimately the only way to get a response to you query.
